The first Walk On Films project documented the fascinating exchange of ideas from two very different perspectives.

Graduates of icStars, an innovative Chicago-based workforce development program, traveled to India in 2010 to meet colleagues working at Infosys, one of the country's most respected technology companies.

​

The intent was to increase mutual understanding and find a way to work together on a global challenge.

 

Filmed by Danny Bollinger, narrated by Lisa Darr, and edited by Michael Sorensen, the lessons still apply today.
